Salvia rosmarinus is native to the Mediterranean region where the climte is warm and dry. This plant tolerates many conditions, including drought. Therefore, it’s an easy plant to grow! A healthy Salvia rosmarinus will need:
- full sun, but will tolerate a light shade a few feet away from a nicely lit window
- good air circulation. A small fan will do wonders to protect against molds and pests.
- as with most potted plants, well draining soil. Wet or clay heavy soils will inevitable lead to root rot.
